It really works if your trying to loose weight it can tell you if you gained or lost weight I lost 50 pounds and this app helped me loose it
This is a pretty good and convenient app to track your weight. I would recommend it!
I absolutely love this app! Each morning I weigh myself, and then I put in my current weight. Once you set your goal, it tells you how many pounds you lost and how many pounds you still have to lose. It tells you your body mass index. There are no graphs, but you can go in and its very easy to see your daily weight loss/gain. It is listed by day, and each day has a number in green for weight loss or red for wait game or gray for no change. Again, I love this app! It is simple and easy to use and does everything that I needed to do as far as tracking weight loss.

This is a great place to record your progress #*s. k SECOND review: Well worth a 2nd review... Yes this app DOES plot a great little graph for u so that u can avoid overshooting your weight loss goal. Just slide sideways to the second screen. Choose week/month/etc. AND yes u can fix errors just hit "+" and put the correct weight in for the dat with the error. Facile, oui? Great app!

Some bad moments

You have provision to change weight from kg to lbs but none to change height from cm to in.
This app is frustrating! Cant delete when have entered wrong. Then it shows the dial wrong. Grrrrr!!!!
The app automatically uses the last weight that was logged in. I dont check my weight everyday so my progress isnt accurate. NEEDS AN UPDATE to address this issue, then Ill change my rating.
I check my weight daily and previously wrote it down in various types of logs or on the notepad in my phone. This is so much easier and convenient. There is room for growth. The app could certainly offer more features. One review said that it uses the last weight from previous day which is true if no new weight is entered. I dont no of any update that could tell the app how much you weigh if you dont enter it.

Great tool for tracking weight every day and seeing changes over time. I love it and believe its actually helping me in my weight loss program.
